Gibbard Block is an iconic historical landmark in the Highlands, located at the heart of the neighbourhood’s beautiful little main street.

The redevelopment of Gibbard Block is currently underway and will be complete in summer 2019. The work includes a full restoration and the addition of an elevator and rooftop patio.

Sparrow Spaces is planning to deploy 3,000 ft2 of cowork space in the Gibbard Block, encompassing the 2nd floor and a large patio at the rear of the building.

The main floor will be activated with three beautiful new concepts, June’s Deli, Fox Burger, and a boutique liquor store. The third floor will be fully renovated as a boutique bed & breakfast with eight furnished micro-habitation suites.
